Our Leadership Institute is built around 4 Key Growth Areas essential for a healthy and sustainable life in ministry:

1. Personal Calling: Discover who God has created and called you to be. Clarify your purpose, passions, and place in the body of Christ.
2. Philosophy of Ministry: Learn the “why” behind ministry. Develop your theological foundation, leadership convictions, and philosophy for long-term effectiveness.
3. Personal Development: Grow in integrity, humility, and emotional/spiritual maturity. Learn to lead yourself before leading others.
4. Essential Skills: Cultivate practical, hands-on ministry abilities—from communication and team leadership to pastoral care and strategic planning.

What You’ll Experience

Bi-Weekly Mentorship & Goal Setting: Meet one-on-one with experienced ministry leaders to process your growth, receive feedback, and set intentional goals.

Bi-Weekly Essential Skill Trainings: Interactive sessions that sharpen your practical skills—preaching, planning, leading teams, conflict resolution, and more.

Monthly Leadership Workshops: Dive deep into topics such as theology of calling, leading through failure, team dynamics, and philosophy of ministry. These sessions will stretch and challenge you to grow at every level.

Hands-On Ministry Experience: You’ll serve, lead, and learn in real ministry environments—from student ministry and worship to outreach and pastoral care. You’ll be doing the work of ministry side by side with seasoned staff every single week.
